故事紧接《人类清除计划3》。从贩毒集团手中脱逃的阿德拉与丈夫胡安自墨西哥来到美国得克萨斯州生活，后者在塔克家族的牧场工作。胡安深受塔克一家的族长，凯莱布的赏识，但这也让凯莱布之子迪伦心生妒忌。但在一年一度的“人类清除计划”过后的早上，一支地下组织意图将杀戮继续进行下去，让全美陷入狂乱之中。包括迪伦妻子和妹妹在内的塔克一家也遭受波及，迫使众人联合起来对付暴徒，并设法逃入开放边境仅有六小时的墨西哥。

糊涂侦探是由喜剧大师梅尔.布鲁克斯编剧的电视剧集《糊涂侦探》在60年代仿效当时流行的007系列电影改编的间谍喜剧。10多年前在国内放映过，国内也踊跃出一大批剧迷。男主人公叫麦克斯韦.精明-特工86号，他的女搭档是99号特工。里面的特工用品都很滑稽，比如86号的皮鞋电话、局长的隔音罩等等。该片在1965年-1970年在电视台播出，1989年又顺时推出了《新糊涂侦探》，95年又推出了《糊涂侦探再度出击》；1980年克里夫.唐纳导演的电影版86号《TheNudeBomb》。这些都是由男主角唐.亚当斯主演，更值得一提的是同在国内被人熟知的动画连续剧《神探加杰特》"InspectorGadget"(1983)[TV-Series1983-1986]中的加杰特也是由亚当斯配音，后来亚当斯多次为加杰特配音并演出过一个电视版--TheAmazingAdventuresofInspectorGadget（1986），就连99年马修布罗德里克主演的电影版本《G型特工》，亚当斯也为其中一个角色配音。糊涂侦探(GetSmart)的主演，麦克斯韦·史马特(Maxwell·Smart)的扮演者DonAdams(1923-2005)先生于2005年9月25日去世了，享年82岁。
